Foothills north of Phoenix
Remodeling in Cave Creek.
Large lots, desert topography, and homes that sit in the landscape rather than on it. Our primary service community.
Cave Creek is where Blue Sky Designs spends the most time. Lots are larger, grades are real, and the architecture tends toward stone, stucco, and views. That means pool decks, shade, and planting have to be designed with the land, not against it.
We know the permit path and the dispersed layout of the foothills. If you are in Cave Creek or Carefree and thinking about a backyard or a kitchen, this is home turf.
